These terms cover Revive the Touchbar (“the app”), made by Isaac Mendez Rosario (“we”). By installing or using the app you agree to them.
Your license
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on up to 3 Macs that you own or use. You may not copy, resell, or share the app or a license key, or work around the license checks.
Free trial
Every feature is free for 7 days from the first time you open the app. No card is needed. When the trial ends, the app moves to the free plan: Spectrum Cycle and Matrix in green, with fixed settings and a small “Sponsored” card in the settings window. Every other effect, presets, and tuning need a Lifetime or Monthly plan. Your settings and presets are kept.
Plans and billing
- Lifetime is a one-time payment. It includes a small “Sponsored” card in the settings window. “Lifetime” means for as long as we offer the app; if changes to macOS make it impossible to keep working, we may end support.
- Monthly renews automatically every month until you cancel. There are no ads. You can cancel at any time from the billing page linked in the app; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Prices are shown in your currency at checkout and may include taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Advertising
The free plan and Lifetime licenses show one text card labeled “Sponsored” in the settings window. Sponsors are third parties; we do not track you or share personal data with them. Nothing is ever shown on your Touch Bar.

How the app works, and its limits
The app shows content on the Touch Bar using features that Apple does not document. A macOS update could stop it from working. If that happens, turn the lighting off from the menu bar and your Touch Bar returns to normal; we will work on a fix but cannot promise a timeline. We are not affiliated with Apple. Touch Bar and MacBook Pro are trademarks of Apple Inc.
No warranty and limits on liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will say so in the app or on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
